Vision
Connect a young person’s present with interests, aspirations, pathways, mentors, opportunities and support. Do not replace school, coaching or sport. Complete them.
CONNECT • INSPIRE • GROW TOGETHER
Stronger Connections. Brighter Tomorrows.
BYK – Bring Your Kid is a youth opportunity, mentoring, safety and life-pathway platform. Second Innings is the experienced mentor network beside it.
Our story
Too many young people lose a path after a move, a money gap, a school change or a family shock. BYK was built so that NOW, NEXT, a mentor and real support stay connected — not scattered across school, coaching and chance conversations.
Connect a young person’s present with interests, aspirations, pathways, mentors, opportunities and support. Do not replace school, coaching or sport. Complete them.
No child should lose their future because life changed. Mentors guide and connect. They do not decide the child’s future.
A central BYK platform, city teams, mentor verification, safeguarding, opportunity checks, partner management and audit — grown with student volume.
The owners
Use the full name BYK – Bring Your Kid first. Second Innings is the mentor network inside the same ecosystem, not a second company fighting for the same child.
Master brand
The youth platform for students and parents. It holds profiles, Plan A/B/C, opportunities, life-change cases, consent and the Command Centre that keeps work visible and safe.
Acquisition is through parents, employee families, NGOs, foundations and public programmes — not by competing with schools.
Mentor network
Experienced professionals giving a second innings of service: education, career, technology, sport, entrepreneurship and life experience. Language, city and availability are matched with care.
Mentors are verified. Clinical or specialised wellbeing is referred to qualified people only.
Who we serve
From Grade 1 through postgraduate — discovery first, then subjects, then pathways and work.
Consent, progress, support requests and life-change reporting without losing the bigger path.
mentors who listen, open doors and keep notes. They never decide alone.
Schools, CSR, government, sport and NGOs who publish opportunities or sponsor support.
What we stand for
Child-protection standards, role-based access and audit trails.
Mentors see only what they need. Sensitive data stays restricted.
Student, parent and mentor choose Plan A/B/C together.
Small steps today. Continuity when life changes tomorrow.
“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”
